Contact database and outreach

Lead Miner

A B2B company and contact database — 12.7 million addresses sorted into thirteen industries and several hundred subgroups, with a built-in CRM and outreach.

Instead of buying yet another batch of addresses and pasting it into a spreadsheet, the company gets one place where contacts collect themselves, sort themselves and go straight into a campaign. The base grows every day, and every address shows where it came from, which industry it belongs to and whether anyone has already spoken to it. The application is mine from the first line — the collection engine, the database and the panel. Inside there are email addresses, phone numbers and addresses of companies and public institutions, gathered with several techniques of my own; the methods themselves I do not describe.

What does the dashboard show?

A counter for the whole base and for what came in over the last day, hour and five minutes. Below it, cards for the tracked segments — for each one the number of matching companies, how many have already been contacted and a chart of the last few days. You can see at a glance which segment is picking up and which one has stalled.

Split by industry

Contacts land in thirteen main industries, and those split further into subgroups — from services and accounting to automotive, accommodation and construction. Every branch shows how many companies sit in it, how many arrived and how many have been handled, so planning a campaign comes down to picking a branch.

Working the list

The list filters by contact status, by city with a radius in kilometres, by address type and by company name. Every row carries a status, a category and a note, and the whole thing exports to a spreadsheet. On top of that: message templates, sequences, your own sending server and the full correspondence history.
