Listing Monitor
66,000 listings from ten portals in a single view, with email, SMS and voice campaigns and an in-house CRM with a sales funnel.
A salesperson who goes through ten listing portals every day spends half a day on it and still misses part of the offers. The application does that round for them: it pulls the listings in, digs out the phone number and the email address, scores the quality and hands over a ready list to contact.
One list instead of ten tabs
Portals down the left with a count next to each, a shared list on the right. Search by title and city, a date filter, sorting by price and date, export to CSV or Excel. A lead can also be added by hand when it arrives from somewhere else.
Email and SMS campaigns
You pick a pool of recipients from the list and launch a campaign. You see the progress, the number of messages sent, the replies and the reply rate — and the sending runs in the background at its own pace, so it does not trip spam filters. Templates are shared across email, SMS and voice messages.
CRM and funnel
Every contact has a stage, an owner and a due date for the next step. The funnel shows how many leads moved from stage to stage and where things clog up the most. Separate tabs for companies, sources, a timeline and a list of overdue actions.
Three channels, one timeline
Email, SMS and voice messages (VMS) all run from the same panel, on the same templates and through the same queue. Every contact builds a timeline: what went out, when, through which channel and what came back — together with notes from calls. A week later the whole history reads at a glance, with no digging through inboxes.
